Analysis of Causes of Tripping of Asphalt Mixer Vibrating Screen

The vibrating screen of a M365 asphalt mixer appeared: the no-load operation tripped, and the phenomenon of tripping again was started again. After replacing the new thermal relay, the fault still exists. Check the contactor, motor phase-to-phase resistance, grounding resistance, phase-to-phase voltage, etc., no problems were found; remove the transmission tape, start the vibrating screen, the ammeter indicated normal value (10A), no problem of tripping during no-load operation for 30min, Indicates that the fault is not in the electrical part. After installing the transmission tape, restart the vibrating screen and find that the eccentric block is more vigorous.

Remove the eccentric block, start the vibrating screen, the ammeter is shown as 15A; fix the magnetic table to the vibrating screen box, check the radial runout of the shaft end with the stylus, and measure the maximum radial runout of 3.5mm; The inner diameter of the bearing has a maximum ellipticity of 0.32 mm. Replace the vibrating screen bearing, install the eccentric block, restart the vibrating screen, and the ammeter is indicated as normal (10A). There is no longer a trip.
